Back to the home pageGuidelines for Successful Fundraising

  • GREAT CAUSE: Will unit your group and your supporters. A good cause is worth supporting. Example: Children's Hospital, Scholarship Programs, Abused Children, Cerebral Palsy, etc..

  • MOTIVATION: Groups can be motivated by the cause alone. However, it helps to add competition by: breaking into teams and offering prizes, rewards, gift certificates, etc..

  • COMMITMENT: Is mandatory. Each member needs to participate towards reaching THE GOAL set by the group!!! Each member needs to participate with the team as well as selling to family, friends, doctors, dentists, neighbors, local business, etc..

  • PLANNING/TEAMWORK: Organization is essential with your group, teams and individuals. At least 30 days before the program begins, meet with team leaders and create a success plan from start to finish. Set dates, quotas, goals, form teams and choose team leaders, as well as areas for each team to cover. Choose your rewards for top producers.
